Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. We are not able to modify or cancel orders once processing has begun.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We reserve the right to use the most efficient carrier for your order to ensure timely delivery.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries. Availability, rates, and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country. ProGlow Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
ProGlow Labs is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship returned packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ProGlow Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.
If your package is marked as delivered and you believe it is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@proglowlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
Address Changes
Address changes must be requested immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address updates.
