Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return is approved, you will receive:

  • A return shipping label

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare or personal care products

  • Sale or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing occurs within 14 business days

  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
